On November 29th 2021, our community had a chance to welcome Mr. Sherman - Fund manager of A2DAO to join an AMA to deliver helpful information about the key features and roadmap of the project.
This AMA was held by CryptoFamily Group – the top crypto community in Vietnam, where investors and traders can obtain the latest news and signals from bot/ admins, as well as discuss and share investment experiences in the crypto space.

PART I: INTRODUCTION OF A2DAO:
1. Could you briefly describe what is A2DAO and how it works?
Mr. Sherman: A2DAO is a platform for investing in crypto projects in the early stages - private or seed rounds. Since the beginning of A2DAO in March 2021, there have been more than 60 deals in private rounds. But we're not limited to private deals. A2DAO is a launchpad (around 20 projects) and project incubator. Incubation will be one of our priorities in the future. We help projects with the marketing, introducing to VCs and attracting an audience. On the other hand, we help users get into private deals of interesting crypto projects. In short, we connect investors and crypto startups.
2. Please share with us the mission and vision of A2DAO in the near future. What is its ultimate goal currently?
Mr. Sherman: Our goal is to give our users access to the trendy, most interesting projects in the industry. As for now it's Play2earn and NFT projects. In addition to this, the goal is to constantly improve and offer new products. We also want to be of maximum help to projects, provide them with quality marketing and any other support.
3. Would you mind updating any hot news or big events of A2DAO to attract more new users?
Mr. Sherman: Now we are actively working on our first GameFi project - Valhalla. Land. By the way, you can register in its incentivized testnet. https://t.me/valhallanft. Speaking of GameFi, we have a $1,000,000 grant program open for game projects. Talented developers and companies are welcome 😉The next major update is a tokenburn. A few weeks ago we burned 30% of the team's tokens, reducing max supply by ~8%. Moreover, there will be monthly buybacks and burns, reducing the amount of tokens in circulation. As I know, strong backing and partnerships in the crypto market might bring huge benefits to new projects. During this point, can you tell us about the investors and partners of your project ? What benefits to the ecosystem do you expect from them?
Mr. Sherman: Partnerships are certainly important as are introductions. Partners help us find new projects, introduce us to them, help us with Influencers and VCs. One of our partners is the well-known incubator and lunchpad, DuckDAO. For example, we conduct joint IDOs with launchpad-partners, thus the project gets the most publicity and community.Lately we've been actively partnering with GameFi projects - TryHards, KnightWar, Nakamoto Games etc.

Because there are many fundraising projects but not many of them are concerned with assisting projects pre and post launch while at the same time capturing the safety interest of investors in those projects. What support do A2DAO provide for projects prior to and post-fundraising?
Mr. Sherman: Before the launch of the project we can make introductions to various VCs, exchanges, Influencers, and most importantly create a community. Now many projects are interested in creating a local community, in this situation we can offer high-class community managers from different regions. After the launch of the project we will continue to provide support. These are mainly connections with new KOLs. For example, we are now actively cooperating with YouTubers, this is of interest to GameFi projects as there is a lot of their target audience on YouTube.

One thing that A2DAO apart from other fundraising projects is that All upcoming projects will go through a high-level audit. Can you tell us more about this? What do projects need to do to get help with their audits? Do you work with any specific audit company for this matter?
Mr. Sherman: Of course, all projects are thoroughly audited. We have a team of researchers who select the projects. All the projects are talked to their teams and devs. This helps us find out how serious the team is and what experience it has. The connections with other VCs plays an important role here - we can ask whether a partnership has really been concluded, whether on or another VC has really invested in the project. As for the technical audit, we can introduce project to the Hacken team - highly qualified tech specialists who do audits of smart contracts for many top projects.

You mentioned that liquidity mining will soon be part of the A2DAO ecosystem. So how does A2DAO plan to give every project on its platform access to liquidity farming, and what will be the relevance of this liquidity farming to projects launching on your launchpad?
Mr. Sherman: At the moment we have suspended the development of this program and prioritized our incubated projects as well as work towards private deals. We will resume work on this in the future.

Investors who would like to be a part of multiple launchpads but cannot gain access to all due to lack of funds or time. Technical complexities create a barrier to entry for many investors so what are the solutions that A2DAO are provided for solving the mentioned problems?
Mr. Sherman: Good question. Here I want to tell you about one feature of A2DAO. Our users have an access to private rounds of projects that can be launched on leading launchpads: DuckDAO, Poolz, Seedify, RedKite etc. Own an ATD token, but you can indirectly participate in projects from other launchpads 😏. About technical complexities. Here we have it simple. All work with IDO is organized through a bot in Telegram. You don't need to have an account anywhere, go through the KYC or download applications. You just connect your wallet to the Bot and take part in IDO. Private deals are organized intuitively. No registrations or third party apps. All newbies can handle it. If you have any questions, our administrators and community managers will help you quickly :)

PART III: BEST LIVE QUESTIONS IN A2DAO VIETNAM COMMUNITY:
1.Marketing strategy is very important. A product can be established on the market without marketing and promotion, Whatever it is good. So What are your plans for this? How will you build strong relationships with communities?
Mr. Sherman: Good question! Right now we have a big campaign going on. We want to create a lot of local communities in all regions. We have a Russian-speaking community, a Turkish community, and a Vietnamese community. There are local chats with community managers, which are ready to help any time 🙂
2. Many new projects make a good impression at first but are suddenly abandoned. My question is, how will you manage the project and the token to get a position in the market and become the best token in the crypto world?
Mr. Sherman: We give users the opportunity to invest in private rounds. At the moment, projects still need money, so our service will remain in demand. Simple logic :)
3. Can you explain how is your Tokenomics Distribution? How many tokens Will be minted ? And How many tokens Will be locked by the team?
Mr. Sherman: There were 20,000,000 tokens in total, but ~2.8kk have already been burned ☺️ Including 30% of the team tokens.
4. Partnership is always an important factor for every project. So who is A2DAO partner? What are the benefits you get from those relationships?
Mr. Sherman: As I said earlier, we partner with Lunchpads as well as trending projects. At the moment, these are NFT and GameFi projects
5. With the current market condition right now what is watchtowerr solution during bear season for users and investors to hold the token and not sell?
Mr. Sherman: Even in a bear market, projects will continue to raise money, so our token will always be in demand 😉
